Due to routing needs and limited spots, we can only accommodate clients on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly based grooming schedule. Quarterly schedule is limited to Bath services or Face, Feet & Fanny services . All full service grooming clients are required to be seen monthly or bi-monthly to remain on our route.
Schedules are reocurring and fill very quickly, it is advised to book appointments in advance to secure standing appointments.
Pricing is based off of the time and level of care required at each visit. Our tiered pricing structure introduces schedule based pricing. This structure offers premium, standard and quarterly based pricing and is designed to appreciate our most consistent, committed clients.
Dogs being seen for the first time will be charged the standard pricing. Upcharges - such as bad behavior fees, matting fees , flea fee, etc. may be applicable .
Upon booking a date you will be asked preferences on day of the week and times for your appointments, this will be implemented into our route scheduling . For routing purposes, we do not give arrival times until 2 days prior to your appointment .
You will receive a 2 hour estimated arrival window (ex: 9am-11am ) 2 days prior to your appointment date of choice .
If you have any specific scheduling needs,please address them before arrival times are arranged . If your time has already been sent out and it needs to be changed , a $15 fee may be implemented .
Routing is very important in the efficiency of our mobile business . Moving appointment times within routing can impact our van's mileage , gas costs , and groomers time.
We require you to be home for your initial grooming appointment . After your initial visit , you may leave an entry code or key for your groomer to provide turn key grooming services while you are at work , running errands, etc . if applicable or desired .
Payment is due at the time of service . Late payment fees may be implemented . Payment accepted is cash , Debit and Credit cards and venmo only .

PRICING POLICIES

As of January , 2026 we have implemented a tier pricing structure to appreciate our regular clients, introducing premium pricing, standard pricing and quarterly pricing.

All fees and add on services are in addition to the price of a grooming / bathing appointment
SERVICE DETAILS
DE-SKUNKING CANNOT BE GAURANTEED .
We cannot guarantee a complete removal of the skunk odor .
Success of service is dependent on varying factors and may require multiple services before odor is successfully removed .
WE DO NOT OFFER DEMATTING SERVICES.
Removing matting is a painful and a negative experience for your dog . In addition de-matting is time consuming for our groomers .
If your dog is matted , it will be shaved.
A fee of $50 will be implemented in addition to the cost of the groom .
MATTED COAT
SHAVE DOWNS
Shaving your dog may expose pre-existing skin conditions .
Removing heavily matted coat includes the risk of nicks , cuts and/or abrasions due to moles , warts or skin folds trapped in the mats .
Shaved pets are prone to sunburn and require to be kept out of the sun for longer periods of time until the coat sufficiently grows back in to protect the skin .
We care about your pet and want grooming to be a POSITIVE experience .
Please be advised to keep your pet on a 4-8 week regular grooming routine to prevent matting and avoid additional fees and / or denial of future services.
DOUBLE COAT SHAVE DOWN
Double coats act as insulation for your dog in both warm and cool weather . Shaving a double coat will not make your dog feel cooler or reduce shedding .
Our groomers will not shave down any double coated breeds .
FLEAS
If a flea is found on your dog during service , our groomers will administer a flea shampoo in order to maintain the sanitation of the mobile salon.
Please be aware that any flea treatments are not guaranteed to be 100% effective .
A fee of $50 will be implemented in addition to the cost of the groom .
SENIOR DOGS
Senior pets can be extra anxious or fussy , have additional health problems , be more prone to injury during appointments, etc .
senior pets will be groomed minimally for cleanliness and comfort
PUPPIES
Puppies can be unpredictable, fearful and require extra time and patience.
It is very important to create a positive experience around grooming early on . Puppies will be given a "puppy groom" consisting of trimming the face , feet , and sani areas along with a nail clip and ear cleaning .
We reccomend puppies be seen every 4 weeks to desensatize them to the grooming process and create a positive routine . We reccomend 2-3 puppy grooms be completed before attempting a full coated groom for your pet.
EXTERNAL GLAND EXPRESSION
Anal glands are scent glands that typically are naturally expressed by your pet .
Manual expression of the glands , especially routinely, may weaken the muscles , cause injury , or even infection .
Anal glands should only internally be expressed by a licensed veterinarian .
We offer external expression only.
We do not recommend frequent or routine expression . Unless your pet is having an issue expressing on its own , we do not recommend gland expression .
SERVICE FEE'S
TWO DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with one day notice or less will be charged a $65 fee.
Our groomers depend on this income and it can often be difficult to replace last minute changes .
SHOW UP FEE
If our groomers are unable to start or finish your pet due to dogs behavior , such as aggression , anxiety, etc . the " show up fee " will be implemented .
Show up fee starts at $65 and may increase depending on any successful service completed/ time spent with your dog , if applicable .
SHOW UP FEE WILL ALSO BE IMPLEMENTED FOR ANY NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS .
New clients cancellations
If you cancel your first appointment , in order to rebook you will be asked to pay 1/2 of your appointment up front , prior to securing a booking spot.
ETA RESCHEDULING FEE
Due to routing needs, Your ETA will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment . If your time has already been sent out and it needs to be changed a $15 fee may be implemented .

WAITING FEE
A 2 hour estimated arrival time window will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment.
For example : 10am would be a 10-12 window for a arrival time .
We give a fifteen minute grace period.
If our groomers are waiting more than 15 minutes during drop off or pick up a $15 per 15 min fee will be implemented.
VAN POLICIES
PARKING
We require a flat parking space in or near your driveway that is big enough for our vans . Any parking fees are your responsibility .
WEATHER
In the event of unsafe weather ,if necessary to bring our groomers in early, we will cancel and reschedule your pet as soon as possible
MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN
In the event of a mechanical breakdown of our van , if necessary , we will cancel and reschedule your pet as soon as its back up and running .
CURRENT VACCINATIONS / VETERINARY INFORMATION
Your pets safety is important to us .
We require a current rabies vaccination expiration date before any grooming services will be scheduled or performed .
Proof of vaccination with expiration date shall be provided upon appointment request, alongside of veterinary office information .
Barkn Beauty Bus reserves the right to refuse any pet if we feel it compromises the safety of your dog or our groomers. Aggressive dogs or dogs who will not get in the van will be refused and charged $65 minimum show up fee for travel , along with additional fees for any work the groomer was able to complete, if applicable .
Client consents that Bark'n Beauty Bus may take pictures of your pet , before , during , or after grooming, and utilize via their website or social media for any and all advertising purposes at Bark'n Beauty Bus's discretion .
